Discover the Joy of Music at the Kids' Choir of Central Florida
The Kids Choir of Central Florida is a vibrant and inclusive community of young voices, bringing the joy of music to families and audiences across the region. Open to children ages 7–16, our choir nurtures creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of singing through dynamic rehearsals, engaging performances, and meaningful friendships.
Rooted in the heart of Central Florida, we showcase a diverse repertoire—from classic choral pieces and contemporary pop to Broadway hits and cultural folk songs—celebrating the talent and spirit of our local youth. Whether performing at community events, seasonal concerts, or regional festivals, the Central Florida Kids Choir lights up every stage with energy, harmony, and heart.

About the Directors
At The Kids Choir of Central Florida, we believe in the power of music to uplift, connect, and transform young lives. Our co-directors, Shannon Robinson and Ashley Locheed, bring decades of combined experience as performers, educators, and vocal coaches to create a vibrant, inclusive choral community where every child’s voice matters.
Shannon Robinson
Shannon is a gifted music educator, voice coach, and recording artist known professionally as Shannon Fayth. She is the founder of Shannon Sings Music Studio, where she trains singers of all ages in healthy vocal technique and expressive performance. Shannon has toured nationally with Floyd Nation and performed with Classic Albums Live, bringing legendary rock music to life onstage. She also served on the vocal faculty at Windermere Preparatory School, mentoring young artists in both contemporary and classical styles. Shannon’s mission is to empower young musicians to grow through expressive, authentic performance.
Ashley Locheed
Ashley is a seasoned performer, voice teacher, and vocal stylist with over 30 years of professional experience. A classically trained soprano and jazz vocalist, she earned her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Stetson University and has toured internationally with Michael Bolton and Engelbert Humperdinck, performing on stages from the Hollywood Bowl to Royal Albert Hall. Ashley brings a rich blend of classical, pop, and jazz experience to her teaching and is passionate about helping children grow in artistry, confidence, and joy.
Together, Shannon and Ashley bring heart, expertise, and vision to The Kids Choir of Central Florida—creating a space where children are supported, celebrated, and inspired to sing with purpose and passion.
